We understand that commitments at home may necessitate a student wanting to arrive or depart from our program on days other than our standard published dates. Each scenario is unique, and while we accommodate these requests when we can, we need to plan appropriately so that we know those additional resources are in place to ensure a safe, well-coordinated travel experience. Use this form to initiate a formal request for us to consider your non-standard travel wishes and a representative will contact you to discuss possibilities.

This form can be used to request non-standard travel for multiple students, but only if they are traveling to the same destination on the same day with the same proposed itinerary.
